  I was helped a lot by Cristina to find what suited my kids and without her I would have left the shop without buying anything but her excellent customer service skills helped me buy two tracksuits for my kids. She is amazing

  The staff is very welcoming. There is a good range of clothes and shoesnfor bith, men and women. It is clean and well organised. Definitely worth a visit.

  Very good customer service. I tried on a few t shirts and jeans. It does take a while though before the staff can bring you new sizes and styles. They have to go downstairs and back up again. Still, I had a good experience with Sue. She was very attentive, got my sizes right and helped style me too. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

  I bought a sports bra for 50 pounds, unfortunately it was too small. Two days later I went to exchange it, unfortunately there is no such option, it turns out that you can't try it on in the shop either, so you buy something that is not cheap and there is no option to try it on. Why doesn't the seller talk about it, he only talks about many unimportant things just to sell as much as possible and little information about very important things such as exchange or return. And 50 pounds wasted. This was my last visit to this shop, that I know for sure.
