  Merci merci merci surtout Natalia C est la deuxième fois que je me rend dans cette boutique et l’accueil y est excellent La première fois pour un bijoux cette fois pour un service . Vraiment la solution a été au delà de mes espérances . À l’aller terminal 3 j’achète une paire de chaussures mais je ne prend pas la boîte de peur qu’elle ne me gêne pendant mon séjour. Au retour terminal 5, tout bien réfléchi je l’a regrette, aussi je me dis que je vais passer sans grand espoir à la boutique terminal 5, je demande et bien entendu au début Natalia m’explique que cela va être compliqué, Je m’apprête à partir quand elle me retiens en me disant qu’elle va se renseigner. Elle revient avec la boîte . Elle a fait mon noël avec le sourire . C est sur je reviendrais avec plaisir

  Last Thursday evening around 6pm my daughter and I visited Dior shop in Heathrow T5. We were not welcome with a simple hello by any of the two ladies in attendance! We were looking at a bag and were wondering the true colour as the light reflected on it, so we asked if we could see it if the shelf. One of the ladies said in a very unfriendly manner to move away from the shelf so she could show it to us! We did as we were told but as you can imagine I wasn’t impressed with the bad manners of the worker. She then put the bag down for us to see and then started whispering to her colleague. At this point I was feeling uncomfortable and was leaving the shop until I heard her colleague screaming “BYE” I then turned around and asked to have their names to report them as I have never experienced this level of rudeness anywhere else!!! I wasn’t going to say goodbye in the first place as I wasn’t greeted when we first came in from any of the ladies. My daughter and I were dressed casually as we were travelling and didn’t display any designer’s goods we hold, I felt some kind of racism towards my daughter who is mixed race when she was asked to stay away from the shelf as if the shop attendant thought that my daughter was going to run away with the bag!!! I am very disappointed with Dior T5 for not selecting their staff more carefully!!!
