  I came to the store today to browse and ended up purchasing some Dior earrings. Mohsin assisted me whilst I was trying to decide which ones to purchase. He was so friendly and patient I can’t thank him enough for his great customer service skills. Will definitely be back in the future :) thank you!!

  Walked in wearing laid back clothing as I had a ten hour flight and was not greeted by the male salesperson. I thought, "Okay, I guess they figure I am young so I do not have money to spend". Right after I arrived a couple comes in and they of course were greeted and asked if they were looking for anything. I continued on browsing and made the mistake of walking closer to the handbags, when the salesman yelled at me in front of everyone to stay back from them. I felt embarrassed by the action so I decided to just turn around and leave at that point, where I went to Prada right next door. I was treated better there and ended up buying one of their products. I think if the salespeople made everyone feel more welcomed they'd have a better chance of sales, but I guess my appearance made them think I had no reason to buy anything.
