Weird staff
visited the store to purchase a pair of earrings for my mum while on my way to catch the flight. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was no greeting upon arrival, and when I initiated a conversation, I was met with eye-rolling and awkward facial expressions. I’m quite observant and sensitive to body language, and it was clear that I wasn’t being treated with the level of respect expected.
While a younger staff member made an effort to assist, another team member who appeared to be in her 40s, made me feel undervalued as a customer. As someone who has been loyal to this brand, I believe in the importance of treating every individual with dignity, regardless of appearance.
Please remember: never judge a book by its cover. This experience made the brand feel far from luxurious.
