  I had my makeup done today by Paula, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was so warm, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. She really listened to what I wanted and created a look that was absolutely beautiful and suited me perfectly. Paula was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the products she was using, and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. My makeup looked flawless, felt lightweight. Thank you, Paula, for all the efforts . I would highly recommend booking with her!

  Oh my goodness, this was truly wonderful, what a magical experience at unit 12, Fosse Park, Leics. My expert was Jess who was amazing, she told me some of the history of the brand, the work and research that goes into each product and how Charlotte Tilbury herself is so involved in the brand. Jess worked miracles and was so knowledgeable and friendly and really welcomed me to my experience as did the other staff members Elle and another lady whose name I didn't obtain, they couldn't do enough for me and Jess talked me through everything with an in depth detailed consultation, asking me and inviting me to ask questions and made me feel listened to and understood what I needed. Truly fantastic experience that I would recommend doing not just one occasion but treat yourself, there was no hard selling, didn't pressure me, I bought lovely beautiful products and was given free gift too. What an amazing experience, thank you Jess so much.

  I booked in for a Quick and Easy Everyday consultation at Charlotte Tilbury and had the pleasure of meeting ZEYNEP. ZEYNEP asked about my skincare and make up routines and asked what I was hoping to achieve from the consultation. After deciding which foundation suited me best and what finish I was looking we went on from there. The whole experience was enjoyable and I came out of there feeling confident with my chosen items. I bought all the products used on me and received some free samples as well which is good as one of the perfumes smells gorgeous. I will be retuning to buy a full size bottle and I will use Charlotte Tilbury again for my products.

  I did think that the session would be 60 minutes but it was actually 45. The session was for my granddaughter & this was the first time she’d had her make up done. The experience was underwhelming unfortunately & when we purchased 3 products at the end we weren’t offered any samples. When I asked the consultant said they didn’t have any which I was shocked at for a Friday morning.
