    Had a great experience at Wingstop Preston! The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the service was fast and friendly. A special shoutout to Aom. She always brings a positive attitude and help make the experience even better. It’s clear she cares about customer service and keeping standards high. Definitely one of the best Wingstop locations I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back again soon!

    Came for some dinner with my partner. We were greeted with Robert who seemed happy and cheerful which brought a lovely atmosphere. Robert came back to check up on us and made sure all our needs were met. The food was amazing but I would deffo return just for Roberts bubbly personality !

    I had a fantastic experience at Wingstop! The wings were cooked to absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in the perfect amount of sauce. The fries were seasoned just right, and everything came out hot and fresh. What really made this visit stand out, though, was the incredible service. A huge shoutout to Robert, who was absolutely lovely! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us with a genuine smile, and made the whole dining experience memorable. It is rare to see that level of care and customer service these days. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks again to Robert for making our day!

    Genuinely one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to start with how unbelievably bad Wingstop managed to be from start to finish. We placed an order expecting, at the very least, to actually receive the food we paid for — apparently that was asking too much. The order arrived missing TWO entire items, meaning we basically paid full price for half a meal. And the one lonely item that did show up? Ice cold. Not “could do with reheating” cold — properly cold, like it had been sitting abandoned for hours before someone finally decided to send it out. What made it even worse was the customer service, or complete lack of it. We called to sort out the missing food and were met with staff who were rude, dismissive, and literally laughing at us on the phone while we were trying to explain the problem. Imagine paying ridiculous prices for food you never received just to be mocked by the people responsible for it. Absolutely embarrassing behaviour from a business that clearly has zero respect for its customers. The whole experience felt chaotic, unprofessional, and honestly insulting. Missing items, cold food, rude staff, no accountability — it’s almost impressive how badly this place operates. There wasn’t even an apology, just attitude and laughter like the entire thing was some sort of joke. If this is the standard Wingstop thinks is acceptable, then people should seriously save their money and order from somewhere that actually cares whether customers receive edible food and basic respect. Would never order from here again, and I’d strongly recommend anyone thinking about it to avoid the hassle entirely unless you enjoy wasting money, being ignored, and eating cold leftovers disguised as “fresh” food.
