  Honestly the customer service here is exactly what every store should be aspiring to. From the manager Hailey’s warm but not over bearing welcome to the friendly and approachable staff. We were helped by Laura whose friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest support was second to none. We purchased a pair of shoes there and now online buying two more. I have never shopped here before but after this experience is now top of my list. Excellent shopping experience- thank you Laura and team!

  I was served yesterday by Jacob Tobias and I can honestly say they were a friendly, professional and super helpful who went above to help me with my purchase and would definitely recommend going here to get some beautiful jewellery as I got yesterday 💕

  Random sizes. I’ve ordered online the same pair of shoes and I’ve seen that the shoes’s size varied quite a bit for each order. Inconvenient

  Went in with an issue with my watch - the ladies working were all super friendly and keen to help. I left my watch with them and when I returned around 1 hour later it had been fixed :) Thank you!
