Ashford Designer Outlet is a lovely place for shopping and spending a relaxed day out. There’s a great selection of brands, good deals, and plenty of places to stop for coffee or food. The whole outlet feels modern, clean, spacious, and very well organised. I always enjoy the atmosphere there, and it’s definitely worth visiting if you love shopping and finding good bargains. Highly recommended!
Nice and clean, they charge £3 for 4hrs but it is free after 5pm. Some shops were open until 9pm even though the website side 8pm. The food outlets were open until 9pm. Vast choice of shops, something for everyone.

A great day out if you need to refresh that wardrobe of tired outdated threads. Lots of brands catering to various sizes of wallets. As well as clothing, you'll also find footwear, jewlery, homewares and lots more. There are also lots of restaurants and cafés. It's a 10min walk from Ashford station (via the old Eurostar exit), and there's lots of car parking.
The staff that work in the shops at this outlet are so kind. I’ve never met a happier bunch of employees for some of these business.

My first time here. Looks like a giant large circus. They have music outside which make the atmosphere feel like a nice shopping experience. Very clean and they got a play bit for kids and a lot to choose from with food. The train station is not that far away. Some stores were a bit and miss with quality clothing and items which Portsmouth outlet seem to have better choices. Went into Nike and adidas and walked back out because the shoes were boring and clothing was not great. Same with vans was boring with style of clothing. They got a nice M&S. They should have more maps around instead of the frount or at guest service.
Activity for a day out like bowling would have been nice as I would have enjoyed activities with family while shopping.
I would definitely come back again as it is more bigger and more stores than Portsmouth outlet.
