  The stuff were very nice but I was really disappointed with my order. The portion of chips was very small and some of them were slightly burnt. The wings were also very small compared with what you get from other places. At £16.20, I honestly don’t feel it was worth the money. This was my first time trying this place, but unfortunately it will be my last. I can get much better quality, bigger portions, and better value for £16.20 elsewhere.

  I had a great experience at Wingstop Watford thanks to Iruga. I was very indecisive about what to order, but she was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. She took the time to explain the different options and even came up with creative ways to help me get exactly what I wanted. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. Iruga is a real credit to the team thank you for the amazing service!

  Hiya! Popped in this evening after doing some shopping in the area. Server (Laura) was lovely and very patient, despite me taking my time to order 🤣🤣 Definitely turned me into a returning customer!!! Food came out quick and tasted exceptionally fresh. Xx

  I had a lovely experience for my first time there lovely food. Excellent service I even had a employee by the name of Jonathan who helped me out advised me an recommend me on what meal an flavors to have which I really enjoyed and didn’t feel like I got ripped off a great experience

  Phenomenal! Today, I visited Wingstop for the first time and it could absolutely have not been a better experience, all thanks to my server, Laura. I will be visiting again as, apart from the food being of high quality, the atmosphere was so pleasant and the staff was very lovely; I am actually sure even that this was definitely one of the best customer services I have ever experienced at a franchise. Thank you :)
