  Maria and Stewart are a great team in the Glasgow store. Very welcoming and very understanding and the active listening is top notch. In Sales you need to listen to what any potential customer says and they both did this and more. Id love to have them on my team any time. Great work guys and I do hope you get to see this. I'm sure my niece will love the bag

  After three years, we returned to this store in Glasgow; the first time around, we were enchanted by Anne’s* warmth, professionalism, and charisma (please forgive us if we haven't spelled her name correctly). We never forgot her, and today we returned to the store to see her again—and we were welcomed in exactly the same way. We wear Armani on all our travels, and this time, one of our main goals was to see this person again—someone who served us with an exceptional kindness that truly left a lasting impression. Brands are built by people; customer service is everything, and Anne is an exemplary professional for the Armani brand. Thank you, Anne. WE WILL BE BACK.

  Great store, staff very friendly and helpful. Great choice and quality. Would highly recommend this place
