  After three years, we returned to this store in Glasgow; the first time around, we were enchanted by Anne’s* warmth, professionalism, and charisma (please forgive us if we haven't spelled her name correctly). We never forgot her, and today we returned to the store to see her again—and we were welcomed in exactly the same way. We wear Armani on all our travels, and this time, one of our main goals was to see this person again—someone who served us with an exceptional kindness that truly left a lasting impression. Brands are built by people; customer service is everything, and Anne is an exemplary professional for the Armani brand. Thank you, Anne. WE WILL BE BACK.

  Took the wife up on the train from Lancaster she needed new jeans and that's what she got. first class service from the assistant/manager forgot his name. he was very professional every pair of jeans fitted and a new purse to match a hand bag will be up again later in the summer had a small problem with 1 pair of jeans had to send them back the manageress quickly returned another pair great service all round many thanks will be going up again in the future.was up for more shopping I called Ann she got some items ready for my wife great service from her and all the staff many thanks
