  Yesterday, as a birthday treat, my daughter booked me a makeover at Charlotte Tilbury in Lakeside Shopping Centre, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Sai looked after me, and he was absolutely incredible. I was completely out of my comfort zone, but he was so patient, kind and attentive that I felt relaxed from the very beginning. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We tried around six different foundation shades to find the perfect match, and he took the time to explain every skincare and makeup product, showing me exactly what would suit my skin and how to use everything properly. I’ve been loyal to another makeup brand for over 20 years, but I’ve genuinely never had my skin or makeup look and feel this good. The products are amazing, and Sai’s knowledge, professionalism and passion made the whole experience so special. This was such a thoughtful birthday gift from my daughter, and it’s a memory I’ll always treasure. Thank you so much, Charlotte Tilbury, and a huge thank you to Sai for making me feel so confident and cared for. I would highly recommend both Sai and the Charlotte Tilbury team to anyone looking for expert advice and an exceptional customer experience. Thanks again Sai Lillian x

  I would like to say a huge thank you to Si (or Sai) at the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Harrods Beauty at Lakeside Shopping Centre. He was such a lovely young man who was incredibly patient and took the time to help me choose the perfect makeup. He never rushed me and made sure I was completely happy with the finished look before I left. His customer service was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. He made the whole experience enjoyable and made me feel confident in my choices. It’s rare to receive such attentive and personal service, and I wanted to make sure his hard work and professionalism were recognised. He is a real credit to Charlotte Tilbury and Harrods Beauty.   I went into Charlotte Tilbury in H beauty, lakeside, the service by Emily was exceptional. I couldn’t remember my shade of foundation, she knew instantly, but confirmed by doing a colour match. She offered to cover my whole face and used other products to prep my skin. Some products I already owned. I did buy other products as it was so hard not too. After finishing treatment, Emily made me feel special and I needed to have a bit of a pamper to my skin. Thank you so much, for making me glow. I will be back for sure!
