  Stopped at Wingstop Basildon for a large girls party of around 12. Staff very accommodating allowing us to order online to ensure we could get our order correct even though we were sitting in. Special thanks to Andrew for checking all was well.

  After a lovely movie experience at Cineworld, I was feeling hungry and decided to visit Wingstop Basildon! Alliana and Jasmine were warm to welcome and keen on making my experience an amazing one! I ordered a full flavour fix and I can say that the Louisiana rub is certainly my favourite! I will be coming back, Wingstop never fails to impress me and my tastebuds ❤️.

  I was having a really bad day, but these two employees truly made my day. Kind, polite and helpful. She really made this a great day. Alliana and Jasmine. Thank you for the experience. I had a Flavour Hit very cheap yet delicious and 100% worth the price. I would reccomend all to come it was great.

  Today I visited Wingstop with my little daughter, as she absolutely loves it and we always enjoy going there. The guy who took our order was really nice and friendly. We ordered a BBQ burger and the Full Flavour Fix with 4 Buffalo boneless wings, 4 Hawaiian wings, Garlic Parmesan tenders and Wingstop fries. He also upsold us the corn, which was absolutely delicious. We asked for a cup for water, but they didn’t have any available. He offered to go and get one, but the queue was getting longer and I didn’t want to hold everyone up, so I said it was fine and we would just wait for our food. We waited around 10 minutes. At one point the cashier went outside on the phone, leaving one guy trying to deal with everything himself. The kitchen pass was completely full with food and delivery orders, so I understand they were very busy. The kitchen team eventually came out to help hand over takeaway orders, and we noticed a few people who ordered after us received their food before us. That wasn’t a huge problem, but when we got home we realised the Wingstop fries were completely missing from our order. My little one was very disappointed and had a five-minute tantrum because she had been looking forward to them! I also wasn’t sure about the Garlic Parmesan tenders. They seemed to have plenty of Parmesan on them, but I couldn’t really taste or see the buttery garlic coating I would normally expect from Garlic Parmesan. They tasted more like plain tenders with Parmesan sprinkled over them. We genuinely love Wingstop and most of the food was delicious, especially the corn, so this isn’t meant to be an overly negative review. However, takeaway orders really should be double-checked before being handed over. Paying for something and only discovering it is missing once you get home is very frustrating.
