Terrible management leads to terrible service. I have eaten at many wingstops up and down the country, yet somehow the large portions here are smaller than the regular portions at any other branch.
Simply to save some money on margins the franchisee decided to cut corners and ruin the experience in full.
Avoid like the plague
Visited just before the lunch deal cut-off and showed my physical Blue Light Card for the discount. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to open the app, which wasn't loading due to signal issues. With time running out, this became unnecessarily stressful.
In the end, the discount was applied via the till anyway. The food was good, but the customer service felt unnecessarily difficult.

Probably the worst chicken I have ever had, was like wet on the inside and just tasted like deep fried cheap frozen chicken I got the garlic Parmesan which was basically just garlic butter with a tiny bit of Parmesan I couldn’t even taste the Parmesan
Really disappointed as a chicken shop I was hoping for some good quality chicken, the music was also far too loud

I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but this one feels necessary. Francesca is, without exaggeration, the best worker I’ve ever come across at Wingstop.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear she brings a level of dedication and professionalism that’s genuinely rare. She handled everything quickly and efficiently, all while making sure every order was spot-on. Even during busy moments, she stayed calm, focused, and friendly—it honestly made the whole experience better.
What really stood out was her attention to detail. She didn’t just rush through the job; she made sure everything was right and that customers were taken care of properly. That kind of care is hard to find and makes a huge difference.
On top of that, her attitude was amazing. She was welcoming, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about giving good service. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again, not just for the wings but for the people.
