  Great experience at this hotel. We were up there for the Royal Ascot Races and it was only a short taxi from there to get the venue. Really warm welcome from the reception staff would definitely Stay again. Room was comfy and clean with good air conditioning. Thanks again 👍🏼

  One of most bad experiences. Hotels are not only about the room, they’re about hospitality and staff attitudes. I got rude attitudes and condescending responses by the staffs. I will never reserve here again for that reason. There are bunch of other hotels which are better and has a good hospitality.

  Had everything we needed, was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Gym and sauna on site was a nice touch. Central location but extremely quiet! Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

  Had a great 4 days here last week facilitating a corporate event, great facilities and lunch. Shout out to Evelina you looked after us all brilliantly and was on call if needed, world class service from her.
