  Lovely and clean, could do with more basic coffee shops with indoor seating for oldies who don't like sitting outside in the damp and draft

  Quite busy, most shops too busy to bother with you but some go out of their way to help, Jack & Jones were one to mention, very helpful & friendly

  Some fabulous shops and eateries. Get there early for the best parking spaces. A lot of walking is involved but all flat and ramps for accessibility.

  Found just what I was looking for after a really helpful member of the team had a look for my size in “the other storeroom” he came back I was delighted and my new Sketchers were paid for ( £ 56.69 after 10% blue light card discount). Imagine my surprise when returning home I look at the label on the box and it tells me the price was £ 55.99. I believe that these Sketchers were available on sale at a lower price in a high street store before they came to the outlet and that the assumptions that outlet discount prices are cheaper MAY be misleading. I have you 4 stars because of the excellent service otherwise it would have been 3 stars. Bit disappointed with your business model here.

  We had an experience at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet yesterday that I felt deserved special recognition. While shopping in the ASICS store, we suddenly realised that one of our six-year-old boys was missing. As any parent can imagine, those few minutes were incredibly frightening. We immediately approached a member of staff in ASICS, who could not have been more helpful. They contacted security straight away and also helped us search for him. We subsequently asked for help in another store and, again, the staff member immediately contacted security and did everything they could to assist. Within just a few minutes, security had established where our son was and we were reunited with him. A kind member of the public had found him and taken him to the Penguin Shop, where a wonderful member of staff called Andrew looked after him until we arrived. Andrew sat with him, talked to him and kept him safe and remarkably calm and composed while we rushed over to collect him. We cannot thank Andrew enough for the kindness and reassurance he showed to a frightened little boy, nor can we thank the security team and the staff in the shops enough for how quickly and effectively they responded. Aside from Cheshire Oaks being an excellent retail outlet that we have always enjoyed visiting, this experience showed us something much more important about the people who work there. When we genuinely needed help, everyone responded immediately and with real care. A huge thank you to the security team, the shop staff who helped us, the kind person who found our son, and especially Andrew for taking the time to make a little boy feel safe until his very relieved parents reached him. Five stars very well deserved.
