  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I visited the store on Saturday and was overcharged for the products I purchased. I am usually a regular online customer of Charlotte Tilbury and frequently buy their products, so this was particularly frustrating. As I live quite far from the Cheshire Oaks store, I have tried to contact them to report the overcharge, but I have not received any response or assistance so far. Due to this experience and the lack of customer service, I will not be shopping here again and would rate this experience zero.

  Went to Cheshire oaks Charlotte tilbury yesterday and was served by the lovely Amelia! She was very helpful. Best customer service ever!!

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Cheshire Oaks store. Risje and Toni took such great care of me as well as all the other staff being too friendly. I went in looking for something new to spice up my makeup & as I was being colour matched Toni showed me their mini services list and I was able to get a 1:1 consultation with Toni who was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, they talked me through the products and different ways I was able to use them. Overall, everyone in the Cheshire Oaks Charlotte Tilbury was so friendly & really knowledgable about their products. I love that even thought the store was busy, I wasn't rushed when trying the products and choosing them. I couldn't recommend a visit to their store more!

  Love having this gem on my doorstep. As if the quality of the make up isn’t enough Cheshire Oaks store offers fantastic staff too. Nothing is too much trouble and customer experience is 5 star.
