Terrible service. Bought a jacket after I was told by one of the staff that it was £69. Went to pay and then on the receipt it was a lot more. Went to get my money back but was told they did not allow refunds and it was exchange only. Disgusting

Very poor customer service. I was given the wrong size, and the cashier showed no interest in helping me. She seemed lazy and unwilling to provide good customer service. I was very disappointed with my experience.

Lovely bags, but unfortunately I had to leave the store because the sales approach felt too pushy. While I was trying on bags, the sales assistant stayed very close and hovered in my personal space, which made me uncomfortable. It's a shame, as I was interested in making a purchase, but this experience ultimately cost the store a sale.
