  It was around 3:00 PM and i ordered plain corn. Unfortunately, I was served corn with Wingstop seasoning instead. When I informed a staff member about the mistake, she went to the kitchen and spoke to a lady in a green shirt, who appeared to be a manager, and requested a replacement. However, from where I was standing, I could clearly see the manager take the seasoned corn and put it back into the fryer instead of preparing a fresh plain portion. The same corn was then sent back out to me. It was still oily, and the seasoning issue had not been properly addressed. What disappointed me most was not the initial mistake, but the way the situation was handled. As a customer, I expect my food preferences and requests to be respected. Refrying an incorrect order rather than making a fresh replacement felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I was in a hurry and did not have time to ask for another replacement, but the experience left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and ensures that food is prepared correctly when mistakes are brought to their attention.

  Sayed was amazing honestly best service ever was friendly and welcoming as soon as i stepped in the restaurant. He was super nice and i couldnt ask for better service he really is the best person ever.

  I came here during the evening to dine in with my family and it was busy as usual for a sunday. It was a bit of a queue to order but the line moved quickly. Syeda took our order at the tills. We were looking for a place to sit but the tables needed clearing. One of the staff (asian guy with glasses and beard) immediately cleared the table and wiped the table with a smile. A special mention to him because while we were waiting for our food I noticed that he was clearing other tables, running the food and also changing the bins. From what I saw the other staffs were mostly just chatting near the tills while he was running around working away. When our food arrived he apologised for the delay and he realised an item was missing. He apologised once again and got it for us straight away. He is truly amazing and hardworking!!
