  I booked a free service, ‘How to Contour’, just to get a fresh take on it, as opposed to how I’ve been doing it myself. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as it was a free service. I have a lot of Charlotte Tilbury makeup and skincare and love the brand, but I’d never tried their bronzer, blush or contour. The makeup artist was lovely and checked throughout to see if I liked how it was looking or if I wanted a bit more. I also got to try the blush and highlighter, which I ended up buying!

  Brighton store. 14 july 2025.The power went out during checkout. The cashier didn't issue a receipt, and even though my daughter showed proof that the payment via her banking app had gone through, the cashier refused to hand over the merchandise. We called you, and you said you would look into it. I filed a claim through the bank, but a year later, no refund has been received. Is this a major global brand? Is this the quality of your customer care?

  Went with my future Daughter-in-Law for a preparation session for the wedding. Our makeup artist, Amy was so supportive and helpful. The wedding is next summer I now have a comprehensive skin regime and makeup to apply to my skin which will be tanned from a planned holiday. Amy took time to listen to things like my aspirations ( not to look like a painted doll but not washed out for the photos). She put together a package of foundation, eye makeup and lipstick. Sammy took some videos as a memory prompt. The session was relaxed and easy going. The session was held just to one side of the main shop and could be closed off with the use of curtains if more privacy is required. If you wanted an update of your skin care regime and makeup for a special occasion, I couldn't recommend this more. The cost of the session is deducted from any purchase you make following your experience. Thank you Amy, you were brilliant!

  Hi I live in the states now and I came home for a wedding in July. I had everything ready except my makeup and I was getting a bit concerned as to what I could do on the day. I was walking by your store in East St Brighton. And I saw Emily standing at the door with a huge smile which I was immediately drawn to. No pressure from her as I feebly explained my plight, too old, don’t wear makeup since I had a stroke at 22. I needed brightening up and wanted to fit in with all other guests. She explained the method that was used and different programs depending on individual needs, she made me feel confident and safe. I booked an appointment before I knew it! I had the most wonderful experience with her and I loved the natural fresh look she gave me. Family and friends noticed my new look which gave me the confidence to book for the wedding day and I would have nothing to worry about. It was wonderful and the wedding was carefree for me. I can’t thank Emily enough for making my day. She is perfect for the job and all the staff were polite and caring. Whenever I get home to uk in future I will book an appointment with Emily.
