  Absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order at 3:20 a.m. and did not receive it until 10:30 a.m. the following day. A delay of several hours with no communication whatsoever is completely disgraceful. To make matters worse, I repeatedly tried to contact the restaurant, but nobody answered the phone. This is by far one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic respect for customers is shocking. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering delivery from this place

  Terrible service! Ordered just after 18.00…it’s now 21.00 and still no food and no way to contact them! Disgusting service.

  Great experience im living 25 min drive away from there always order for delivery i love the food normally whenever i go Birmingham town first place i go wings stop there shake i love also boneless that i regularly order idk abou kther menu but i love the taste quality i never disappointed
