  Absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order at 3:20 a.m. and did not receive it until 10:30 a.m. the following day. A delay of several hours with no communication whatsoever is completely disgraceful. To make matters worse, I repeatedly tried to contact the restaurant, but nobody answered the phone. This is by far one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic respect for customers is shocking. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering delivery from this place
