  I had the pleasure of being served by Charlotte today who was super helpful in helping me choose a gift for my mother’s birthday. She was very helpful and kind. A real asset to her team. Thanks again Charlotte!

  I visited the Michael Kors store in Birmingham today (in between 5-6 o clock) and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who attended us, an older Punjabi lady (am not sure ) was extremely rude and unprofessional. My family and I were discussing which bag we wanted to buy and were asking about a duffle bag that cost around £300. While we were deciding, she made a disrespectful comment n , saying, “You are thinking so much before buying a £100 bag. Where are you going to buy this bag from?” She then spoke to her colleague about us and laughed, making us feel that they were making fun of us. We felt humiliated and uncomfortable. No customer should ever be judged or mocked based on their budget or because they take time to decide before making a purchase. I asked her for her name so that I could report the incident, but she refused to provide it. I find this behaviour completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We entered the store intending to make a purchase, but because of the way we were treated, we left the store feeling upset and disappointed. I hope the store management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

  Very bad experience. Store staff behaviour was really very bad, making fun while showing stuff and laughed when we were leaving the shop. She was indian punjabi and listening to me and my husband talk and understood what we were talking about and then laughed on our face which really disappointed me and then because of this behaviour we have to left store without purchasing anything and I specially came from another city to buy a bag from this store. Very disappointing a bad experience with the store staff.

  I had a great experience in store. I had a bag i wanted in mind and i loved everything in the store. We checked out a few bags and was greeted by the sales assistant Dennis he was very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the bag i wanted was sold out and he helped me pick out something else. I was browsing the stock they have and found a card holder i wanted he ordered this for me and i very excited with my purchases. He sprayed the bag with a perfume and now i need this perfume. I had a great experience and will definately be back. Thank you Dennis you are credit to the store!
