  I was invited to Piaget for an immersive experience to learn more about the brand, its history, and its craftsmanship in gold. Franziska was our host, and she took exceptional care of us from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Piaget’s heritage and shared fascinating insights throughout the visit. We had the opportunity to view a beautiful selection of the watches and jewelry the brand is known for, and at no point did we feel rushed. Instead, we felt genuinely welcomed to take our time, learn, and fully enjoy the experience. On top of that, Franziska went above and beyond by sending us wonderful recommendations for Zurich and Munich. I highly recommend visiting Piaget and working with Franziska and the entire team. Because of this I will be a customer for life!

  As a Piaget customer (and my family been for generations) I expect a lot better than being held at the door by your security guy. He opened the door, was very unwelcoming, instead of requesting politely that I wait, he wanted to know exactly what I wanted, I said I would like to see a watch and buy a strap, can I come in, he said which one (of course he has no clue, wondering why he is even asking, I thought customers are allowed to go into the shop and look at more than one item, no?). Anyway I told him I would like to buy a rubber strap for my polo skeleton and my wife would like to try the G0A46020. He looked puzzled and said you have to wait here and closed the door. Of course I did not wait and left… you had 2 customers inside, I wonder what Benjamin C. thinks of that
