  Absolutely exceptional experience at the Loewe store. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. The new Manager Nello made a lasting impression—his sense of style is incredibly inspiring, but what truly stands out is his empathy, warmth, and authentic way of connecting with people. He creates an atmosphere that feels both refined and personal at the same time. Andrea was also outstanding—extremely attentive, proactive, and genuinely kind. She anticipated needs effortlessly and contributed greatly to the overall feeling of being well taken care of. I was even offered a coffee, which made the visit feel even more special and relaxed. The entire store had such a positive, vibrant energy—there was a real sense of joy in shopping. I found myself naturally engaging in conversations with other customers, which says a lot about how open and inviting the environment is. This wasn’t just a shopping trip—it was an experience. Truly memorable, and I will definitely be back.

  I recently visited the store hoping to see the new Amazona 180 bag. Unfortunately, it wasn’t part of their current offering. The team still kindly presented it to me through the catalog and photos, which I truly appreciated. They took their time to explain the bag in detail and made the experience very pleasant. I was also offered refreshments while they answered all my questions and shared as much information as they could. Thank you for the wonderful service! A special thanks to the lovely SA Sara, Constance and the manager Tami for their kindness and professionalism.
