  Excellent experience at the Dior store on Bahnhofstrasse. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive without being pushy. The store is beautiful, and the service truly reflects the luxury Dior experience. Highly recommended!

  Absolutely horrendous experience! I’ve never been treated this badly in any of the stores in Zürich. They treat you like you are less than human. The unfriendly starts before you even try to enter the store. Really wish the corporate Dior headquarters would have a look at how this store is treating their customers here in Zürich.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Dior thanks to Yakir and Daisy!!! They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Yakir went above and beyond to help me get my dream bag, and he was truly a pleasure to work with and so thoughtful as well. He recommended a beautiful necklace and card holder that matched my bag. The service here is definitely another level than other stores I’ve visited. The next time I’m in Europe and need something from Dior, I will definitely return here!

  I had the most wonderful experience at the Dior boutique on Bahnhofstrasse in Zürich. I organized a special visit for a group of ladies, and everything was perfectly arranged thanks to Ricardo Ferreira, who handled all the planning with great care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and exceptionally looked after by Jil Berthelot. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and deep knowledge made the entire experience feel truly special. She ensured that every one of us felt comfortable, valued, and beautifully guided throughout our visit. The atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. It was not just a shopping trip, but a memorable and elegant experience for all of us. A heartfelt thank you to Ricardo and Jil for making this visit so seamless and unforgettable.
