    Very disappointing customer service experience with Van Cleef & Arpels. I noticed that my recent orders no longer included a cleaning kit, so I contacted customer service to ask about it. The response I received was essentially that because I had already received cleaning kits with previous purchases, they would not send another one. Considering that each piece costs thousands, this response felt incredibly cheap and unprofessional. What made it worse was the explanation that because some purchases were made through guest checkout, the system identified them as repeat purchases for the same person — completely ignoring the possibility that luxury jewelry can also be bought as gifts. So because I already have cleaning kit included in previous orders I would not get that anymore as part of the order. It is honestly shocking to see such rigid and petty customer treatment from a brand positioned as high luxury. Beautiful jewelry, but the after-sales experience does not reflect the prestige the brand tries to project.

    Kit Ying provided us with exceptional service during our honeymoon visit to Lucerne. We were particularly impressed by their outstanding selling skills and professional approach. Despite the fact that it could have been quite tedious, she patiently assisted us by bringing out and putting back various necklaces multiple times to ensure we made a thoughtful and confident decision. ​To make our honeymoon even more special, she kindly offered us champagne, creating a truly premium and unforgettable customer experience. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will be sure to seek her out again on our next visit. Thank you for the impeccable service Kit Ying!

    first time in this boutique and it was great! the employees and service was very good. the surprise chocolate was so nice and sweet and gave me an excellent experience! I can highly recommend this place.

    Store ist klein aber schön. Es bediente mich eine ältere Dame , sehr schön gekleidet, ca. 70. Wahrscheinlich hilft sie nach der Pensionierung noch aus - finde ich ja gut, aber sie war eher oberflächlich und machte oft etwas zynische Kommentare, was mich sehr verunsicherte….

    My first purchase at Van Cleef was truly a beautiful experience. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tosca Olivera, who helped me choose the perfect piece. She was incredibly kind, warm, and professional throughout the entire visit. What I appreciated the most was that I never felt any pressure or “stiffness” like you sometimes experience in other luxury boutiques. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed, yet still very refined. Tosca made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, offering drinks and pralines several times and making sure I enjoyed every moment. Because of this wonderful experience, I will definitely return to continue building my jewelry collection. The reason is not only the exquisite jewelry, but also the exceptional person who assisted me. A truly lovely experience.
