  We booked 2 double rooms with a queen bed but they tried to give us a twin bed room which is not what we reserved or paid for. Immediately upon entering the room, we kindly informed them at the lobby that there was a mistake & showed them our booking. They lied & said they did not have any double rooms available. I specifically paid extra on booking to make sure we would have a queen sized bed & they tried to gaslight us saying that they’re the same rate. Again, irrelevant because I did not reserve a twin bed room. The staff was completely unprofessional. They did not take any accountability or try to fix the situation, until my husband pleaded with the staff. In fact, the moment they finally decided to fix the mistake, a woman named Berangere tried to accuse us of using the room even though we didn’t even put our bags. She even told the other staff at the lobby counter to not give us the room because we “probably made it dirty”. We are visibly Middle eastern, Muslim and North American. I don’t know if it was racially charged or if this is normal French-Swiss behavior. Berangere was condescending towards my husband (who speaks 7 languages), once he transitioned from speaking French with them and spoke in English to me in front of her. She was petty & rude, as if she was intentionally trying to inconvenience us. Eventually after Berangere checked the rooms they originally gave us for “cleanliness” they finally issued us the rooms we reserved - two double bed rooms. So it confirmed to us that they were lying and didn’t want to fix their mistake. Everything else about our stay was fine. But I urge this hotel to address Berangere discrimination issues and the staff working last night (June 25) to be held accountable & learn how to behave with customers.

  I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is also situated in a very nice location. However, due to unseasonably warm temperatures, the room was uncomfortably warm during the night even with the AC on. Other than that, I definitely would come back.

  This is a horrible place. All the staff are arrogant and cold. They gave me wrong passcode twice, refused to send people upstairs to check, saying they are "too busy". They let me carry all the big luggage+bag to go downstairs twice. They never apologized and criticized I was too tired and not communicating, while the passcode was a known issue from morning and they just let me suffer without provuding any help. I can't believe it this kind of hotel still exists. No one helped me with my luggage and no one even show any respect. The male staff even threatened me that he will call the police because I complained about the front desk. I told him please call but he didn't. This is totally bullying. I am a solo Asian female. Guess this is one reason?

  Séjour malheureusement trop court, car je n’ai passé qu’une seule nuit à l’hôtel B&B Hotel Geneva Airport. Cependant, je le recommande vivement. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de l’aéroport et propose une navette gratuite, ce qui est très pratique. Les arrêts de tram et de bus se trouvent également à seulement 3 minutes à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et très bon.

  The hotel is strategically located near the airport and public transportation. They provided us with a Geneva transport card that gave us free access to public transportation. The area was safe and clean. There were a number of restaurants and convenience stores around it. We were quite pleased with the Coop convenience store beside it because they sold fresh deli and warm food that was reasonably priced. The hotel itself was clean, receptionist were professional and friendly, and the rooms were cozy with high ceilings. We felt comfortable and were able to have a good night rest During our stay.
