    ​After visiting multiple AP boutiques worldwide, I can safely say this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The salesmen need professional training. An associate (JP/GP) spent ten minutes lecturing us, eventually yelling when I questioned his illogical explanation regarding "inter-boutique" politics. It was insulting to be told that a sale wouldn't happen because it might "upset" other salesmen in another territory. If you value being treated with respect as a client and want the brand experience, skip this boutique and go elsewhere. This encounter has completely put me off purchasing from the brand again.

    Disappointing Service Standards I visit boutiques for the experience and the connection to the craft, but my recent visit to this AP location was a lecture in condescension.The customer service displayed was the most unprofessional I have encountered in the industry. Specifically, I dealt with an associate (JP/GP) whose conduct was condescending and argumentative. Rather than facilitating a brand experience, he spent ten minutes lecturing us on why a purchase was impossible. The reasoning provided was ludicrous: he claimed that selling us a timepiece would "upset" his colleagues in our home country (btw, I understand this but it's not something you say to a client). When I pointed out that this logic suggests the brand prioritizes internal salesman politics over the client experience, the associate began yelling and accused me of mishearing him. It is clear the personnel at this location require immediate training on professional communication. This level of service has genuinely soured my interest in the brand entirely.
