This shop is circus. Wanted to buy a bag, it was with damaged corners, so, the salesperson offered to order the same model online. When I arrived to pick the “online order”, it was exactly the same bag with damaged corners (as well with a little spot of glue that I noticed already before) 🤣 Yes, exactly the same, because it was as well not wrapped like bags are wrapped when they come from warehouse, actually it was not wrapped at all, just thrown in the carton box. Did a little research, the closest MK warehouse for Switzerland is in Netherlands, as well DHL tracking says that item was picked up in Geneva 🤣 And so called “delivery” was very quick, only 1 day, so, they took the same damaged bag, placed it in the box, gave it to DHL, then DHL delivered it back to them. What was the sense of this circus, I do not know. Maybe the salesperson did not know that the same bag will automatically go for online order.
P.S. The staff is kind and helpful, no problems at all, got my refund immediately, but I do not appreciate the time I wasted with this circus.
