  J’ai acheté un pull Ralph Lauren chez Globus, convaincu d’investir dans un produit premium et durable. Après un premier lavage soigneux, selon les instructions d’entretien, le pull a nettement rétréci. J’ai contacté le service après-vente Ralph Lauren, pensant qu’une marque de ce standing prendrait ses clients au sérieux. Malheureusement, leur réponse a été inadmissible : aucune solution, aucun geste commercial, et un manque total d’écoute. Pour une marque qui se veut synonyme d’élégance et de qualité, c’est une vraie déception. Ce genre d’attitude détruit la confiance dans la marque Ralph Lauren. >> Dommage, car après cette expérience, je n’achèterai plus de produits Ralph Lauren.
