  There was a cockroach that climbed up out of the kitchen sink. Woman checking us out didn't seem to believe us. Wish we had taken photos or video, but we arrived at 1a from sightseeing all day with 2 elders, one in a wheelchair, and were already told earlier that no other rooms were available. We immediately ran water over it, plugged up the sink, and filled the sink with water to prevent it from coming back up. Other than that, breakfast, breakfast staff, and John at the front desk was great.

  Notre séjour a été très agréable. Personnel courtois et bilingue, mon plus jeune a bcp apprécié les attentions de la dame au déjeuner. Chambre propre et confortable. Il y a un petit accès à l'eau en arrière et un jeu d'eau pour dégourdir les plus jeune. Seul bémol, nous avions pris une chambre avec kitchenette, mais nous pensions que les poêles et chaudron étaient compris, mais non 😅. Nous avons du payé un frais de 18$ pour la location.

  Absolutely thrilled with our recent stay. Right from checking in with John , who went over and beyond expectations helping me out with some expired BW gift cards. The suite was awesome, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff coming everyday was certainly not expected but very much appreciated. Diedra the breakfast lady is a delight, great selection and was nice to use real plates and cutlery. Our whole 3 day stay was outstanding, looking forward to staying again.

  Incredible stay, room was immaculate, breakfast, delicious, and a variety of food, service, outstanding, very friendly atmosphere as well as the staff very professional. We have stayed at different hotels, this one is a five star!!
