  We walked in Saturday morning to the smell of a stong scent. The person I was with immediately started sneezing. I asked the sales person what's that smell, she said perfume they sprayed around the store. I would consider staying out of this store if you have allergies or asthma. We immediately left as it was too strong

  I’m very happy that I chose to shop here. Hasti was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me with great patience. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I’m very happy with my experience.

  I went into this location recently, and I just have to say, Danila had the best attitude and service towards everyone and treated me like her number one priority. She helped me find exactly what I wanted for my outfit. When you walk in to this store, ask for danila, she is genuinely a ball of sunshine. ☺️🙏

  My experience at Michael Kors Vaughan Mills was amazing. Hasti was incredibly helpful and made choosing the right bag so much easier. I had a hard time deciding, but she patiently helped me throughout the entire process and gave me great advice until I found the perfect one. Thank you so much, Hasti!

  Intentionally rude staff (cashier)I used to love this store, its work ethic, and its overall staff culture. However, today (July 25, 2026), I had the worst encounter yet. I was extremely excited to buy a limited-edition bag as a gift for a dear friend. Upon paying, I greeted the cashier. She ignored my greeting, scanned the item, took my payment, and told me to wait for the new supply. She immediately called the next customer and asked for their email. I then realized she never asked for mine. After their transaction finished, I politely asked why she hadn't asked for my KORVIP email account. Her face went pale. I felt judged simply because I was wearing sweatpants and Nike slides, which apparently doesn't fit their typical customer profile.To add insult to injury, another cashier named Sarah approached me while I was waiting for my packed item. She repeatedly asked, "Have you paid for this one?" I kept answering yes, explaining that I was just waiting for the package. It felt like she found it unbelievable that someone dressed like me could afford this item. Frustrated, I pointed to the original cashier and said, "Just ask her."I have never experienced this level of stress at this store. I actually left, calmed myself down, and went back inside to speak with the manager. I asked if I could return and rebuy the item just to get my points on my KORVIP account. The manager was incredibly helpful and caring, as was Tina from the shoe department. They were the only saving graces. I truly hope I do not see those other two cashiers the next time I visit.
