I had such a wonderful experience at the Yorkdale Valentino thanks to Adam. I brought in a pair of shoes that needed fixing, and he was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across customer service that makes you feel truly taken care of, and Adam exceeded my expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything was handled and how kind he was during the interaction. Thank you again for the amazing service.

Jinni was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I tried on shoes for a specific event. I don't need the shoes until later this year so held off on buying them, but will definitely go to her when I do. Great customer service!
I would give Zero stars if I could.
I bought a Valentino Moncler collab jacket in 2019 from the Yorkdale Valentino store. The jacket was $3,000.
Then I moved full time to Florida that same year. I did not wear this jacket at all until this past Christmas, December 2025, when we went to Whistler, British Columbia. This is when I noticed little white flakes coming off the jacket. I had to wear it like this, and be seen in public like this for 2 weeks while on vacation. Terrible.
Before this, the jacket was hanging in my walk-in closet, which is temperature and humidity controlled. I do not have any problems with ANY of my other jackets or clothing.
I want to clarify something, and to be Very clear that this jacket did not become damaged. This jacket is Defective. Valentino sold me a defective jacket.
Customer service is very unresponsive.
I sent an email to the CEO, will update if/when I get a reply.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer care service in Toronto for Valentino Canada. It has been more than 40 days since I first contacted them regarding a serious quality issue with my Valentino bag, which I purchased from the U.S.
The white coating on all the rock studs is peeling off, and even the extra stud that was never installed and kept in its pouch already has a chipped corner. This clearly shows a factory defect. Despite sending multiple emails with photos and calling the store and customer care in Toronto more than 20 times, I have received no proper response or assistance.
As a luxury brand that offers a 24-month warranty, I expected professional support and accountability. Unfortunately, there has been no warranty service, no solution, and no follow-up. It is very disappointing to pay a high price for a bag with such poor quality and customer service that feels worse than buying a $100 product.
No response, no responsibility, and no customer care from Valentino Canada. Very frustrating experience.
Always enjoy my shopping experience here and staff are helpful.
