  I’ve spent over $3000 on Tiffany products over the years I recently went in to see if they could reattach the heart charm that fell off my bracelet very easy fix and they told me it was gonna be $110 plus tax. Don’t waste your money

  I read reviews of people saying the staff here was horrible. I did NOT have that experience. From the gentleman at the door that greeted me to the person that helped me out, it was a great experience. Sarah was very friendly and informative and made my purchase a great experience. Thank you for all the help and keep up the great work.

  I walked into Tiffany Yorkdale having a rough day, but Jasmine completely turned it around. I was looking at the Tiffany T white gold bracelet, and even though I told her I’d settle for a Medium since my size (Small) wasn't readily available, Jasmine refused to let me compromise. She patiently searched, checked inventory, and tracked down the last Small in stock, and she was 100% right, it fits perfectly. Jasmine’s genuine care, patience, and professionalism made me feel so valued. It wasn't just the shopping that brightened my day, it was her incredible service. Thank you, Jasmine!

  Tiffany & Co. was one of the highlights of our New York getaway—and not just for the sparkle. We made a special stop because 29 years ago, I bought my sweetheart a diamond-studded frog keychain here. Sadly, it was recently lost (and still missing), so we were hoping to find its twin. No luck on the frog—but honestly, that didn’t matter. Walking back into Tiffany’s after nearly three decades felt like stepping into a timeless experience. The same iconic elegance, the same unique collections (even without our frog!), and the same genuinely warm, personable staff. It’s rare for a place to feel just as special after all that time—but Tiffany’s absolutely does. Whether you’re there to buy or just to browse, this is a must-visit.   I had an excellent experience thanks to Paul. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully inspect and clean my ring. It now looks absolutely beautiful, almost like new! He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
