I bought a beautiful piece in January 2024. The financing department helped me with a plan and I was able to finish payments within a year. Ever since then I fell in love with the company. Thank you to the staff.
My wife and I visited Tiffany at Yorkdale today, expecting to pay for a repair on one of her bracelets. To our surprise, an older gentleman on the team kindly took the time to help us and was able to fix it on the spot.
Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name, but his professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made our experience truly memorable. He treated us with great care and respect, and never made us feel rushed.
In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, this distinguished gentleman reminded us what true hospitality looks like. What we thought would be a simple repair visit turned into a wonderful experience.
Thank you for going above and beyond. We left very impressed and grateful. Tiffany Yorkdale is fortunate to have team members like him.

I’ve been a long-time fan of Tiffany & Co., but I have never seen a storefront facade quite as beautiful as this one at Yorkdale. The design is incredibly creative and truly stands out. While I didn't make a purchase during this visit, I was absolutely stunned by the decor and the store's design. The staff were also wonderful and provided excellent service. Highly recommend visiting just to experience the atmosphere!
Awful customer service, and they turned down an opportunity for me to spend more money than i was planning. Terrible service and will never shop here again.
We had a wonderful experience at this Tiffany & Co. location. The sales associate (and overall store staff) were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process.
After completing the purchase, there was an initial plan involving a possible ring size adjustment together with engraving. The suggestion at the time was to proceed with an in-store adjustment so the engraving could be completed in one step more quickly. We initially agreed, but shortly after leaving the store, we reconsidered and decided we would prefer to avoid any resizing process and instead wait for an exchange so the rings would remain in their original manufactured form, with engraving applied directly.
We reached out to the sales associate, and she responded quickly and confirmed the exchange without any issues. She also promptly provided an electronic exchange receipt, which made the process feel transparent and well-documented.
On the day we picked up our rings, the original sales associate who helped us with the purchase was not on site. The team at the counter still handled our pickup smoothly, and we were very excited and ended up leaving happily wearing the rings. Only later did we realize we hadn’t been provided with a box at the time, which we could use at the wedding day
We reached out to the sales associate afterwards, and she responded quickly still and took care of everything. She kindly arranged to mail us the boxes, a Tiffany bag, and even the cute complimentary gift
Overall, the service was thoughtful and responsible. Truly a 5-star experience.
