I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany! I brought two older silver pieces in for cleaning and they made them look new again. They also were very kind and supplied some very much needed cold water after I had arrived there after a very long walk from my hotel in extreme heat!

I visited Tiffany & Co in Toronto on Bloor Street today with my wife, her sister and brother-in-law. We were looking for a special birthday gift for a family member and from the moment we entered we were welcomed and given five star service. Vincenzo was very kind and showed us a variety of items with great patience. Based on our exceptional experience today, we will definitely be back.

I sent my 11 year old bracelet to them to be repaired and to have the engraving re-done - it had worn so much through the years it was hard to decipher.
All was good until i received the bracelet only to find the engraving had been done completely wrong. Instead of a script with the word “ALWAYS” about
2” wide that was on the original I got back a bracelet with engraving of always that is tiny and maybe an inch long.
While one would always think of Tiffany’s always being on top of every detail this time they dropped the ball completely. Least they could have done was let me know it would be different if there was going to be some issue.
I did ask them about solutions but they discontinued to respond.
Service this time so totally not up to par.
I booked an appointment at Tiffany & Co to shop for an engagement ring with my partner, and unfortunately, I completely regret the experience.
From the moment we arrived, things got off to a poor start. The sales representative took a long time just to locate my appointment, then asked whether I had someone specifically assigned to me before deciding to assist us himself.
Throughout the appointment, he came across as uninterested and unenthusiastic. I genuinely felt like he just wanted to get rid of us rather than help us. There was no warmth, no excitement, and no effort to make the experience feel special.
What made it even more disappointing was that it was an extremely hot day, yet we weren’t even offered a glass of water or any basic hospitality. For a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co, I expected a level of service that matched its reputation.
Shopping for an engagement ring is supposed to be a memorable and joyful experience. Instead, ours was disappointing and left a negative impression on what should have been a very special occasion.
We are definitely not buying anything from Tiffany & Co ever again.
Great products, but sub-par service and craftsmanship. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the associate kept trying to upsell me instead of listening to my request.
Highly recommend avoiding their in-house engraving—the quality was very poor. To top it off, customer service reached out to ask how my experience was, but after I sent them my feedback, they never bothered to reply. Having shopped at other high-end brands like Van Cleef, I expected much better care. It feels more like a money grab than a luxury experience.
