Great products, but sub-par service and craftsmanship. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the associate kept trying to upsell me instead of listening to my request.
Highly recommend avoiding their in-house engraving—the quality was very poor. To top it off, customer service reached out to ask how my experience was, but after I sent them my feedback, they never bothered to reply. Having shopped at other high-end brands like Van Cleef, I expected much better care. It feels more like a money grab than a luxury experience.

I visited the Tiffany & Co. Bloor Street location yesterday with my daughter to buy her a graduation gift. The sales associate who assisted us was a very kind and respectful gentleman in his sixties. He made the experience warm and memorable while carefully preparing our purchase.
However, just minutes before closing, another staff member approached him with a box and asked him to remove the bracelet he was wearing, which appeared to be part of the store’s display items. This happened in front of us, and it felt quite uncomfortable and, frankly, disrespectful.
While I understand company policies, handling such matters in front of customers—especially with a senior and courteous employee—did not feel appropriate. It diminished an otherwise lovely experience.
I hope the management at Tiffany & Co. considers addressing such situations more discreetly and respectfully in the future, to preserve the dignity of their staff and the overall customer experience.
I had an absolutely horrible experience trying on engagement rings at this location. They offer an engagement ring experience which you are required to book and when you get there they rush you in and out in about 3-4 minutes. It’s clear the staff finds these annoying and tries to get them over with as fast as possible. Many of my friends have had the same experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
