Kind associates, offering champagne was nice. When we decided on the item we wanted, the guy who was helping us grabbed a brand new one from the back and didn’t give us the display. Store manager kindly checked in on us as well periodically.

Nice big store and friendly sales staff. They take your money fast … but if you need a refund it takes forever . It’s been over a month and still haven’t gotten mine yet very disappointing . 👎 I also ordered two bags online that were defective (no fault of the store) and the one I special ordered from store came defective too so I don’t recommend ordering sight unseen online or through sales staff.

I dropped by bag off at the store for repair. No confirmation, no receipt. I was told go wait a week.
Fast forward a week, nothing. I called the store Wednesday and Thursday each time being assured I’d receive a call or email from the manager.
Saturday: called again and was told the same thing. After insisting on speaking with a manager during the call I was told the associate director would reach out. Surprise! Nothing. I finally got a copy of their drop off receipt and at the bottom of the terms of repair it’s blank where I should've signed - yet the box saying u agree to this is checked? I’m baffled I wasn’t even offered a chance to review these terms.
