  Just wanted to leave a great review for Jennifer who assisted me over the phone with buying a pair of earrings as a gift. I called on a quick 10 minute break at work and I received great customer service, got the earrings I wanted, paid and had them shipped to my house so seamlessly. Thank you Jennifer and YSL team!

  This was my first time shopping at YSL and I had a great experience. The staff are all friendly and Devin assisted me with purchasing a wallet. He also offered my friend and I champagne while he wrapped my item. Excellent service and highly recommended if you thinking of making a purchase!

  I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Yachika at Saint Laurent and I was thoroughly impressed by her exceptional service and expertise. Unlike most sales associates who offer a luxury experience but fail to deliver, Yachika truly understands the nuances of luxury and knows how to provide an unparalleled luxury shopping experience. During my visit, I was looking for a special dress shirt to commemorate my upcoming birthday, and Yachika went above and beyond to assist me. She curated a selection of finest dress shirts from the backroom and presented them to me on a personalized rack, showcasing her attention to detail and dedication to finding the perfect fit. What truly distinguished Yachika's service, however, was her thoughtful gestures. After I changed into one of the selected shirts, she surprised me with a beautifully curated combination of sunglasses and a belt that perfectly complemented the satin dress shirt. This thoughtful touch was a testament to her ability to understand my style and preferences. Later, Yachika treated me to a comprehensive tour of the flagship boutique, sharing her extensive knowledge of the products, store history, and brand heritage.
