Honestly, I stood for about 10 minutes in an almost empty store there was only one other customer. I could see the staff were slightly busy, but that wasn’t my point. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” or any acknowledgment would’ve been enough, but I was completely ignored the whole time. I only needed to pay and leave, but I had to ask for help myself after getting frustrated. Someone eventually assisted me and apologized for the delay, but I don’t understand why no one could just acknowledge me when they clearly saw me standing there.
Even the bag they put my purse in was small for it.
Met a wonderful 💖 sales associate by the name of
Angelique, she's a gem, very detailed and attentive

I had a really lovely shopping experience at the Michael Kors store in Eaton Centre. The store is beautiful, well organized, and the products are high quality.
What impressed me the most was the service. The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist. She explained the styles, discounts, and prices very clearly without any pressure.
I wasn’t planning to buy anything, but because of the great service I ended up purchasing a small wallet as a gift for my mom — and it was on a great sale too!
Before we left, she even offered to wrap it nicely with a ribbon, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great customer service truly makes a difference.
If you’re shopping at Eaton Centre, I definitely recommend visiting this store!

Customer service is really bad they judge people on appearances and ignore them if they dont think you are able to afford thier products i think this is very bad and management should address this and train them on excellent customer service.
Terrible service, the girls on the 1 p.m. shift on March 14, 2026. They discriminate against you because of how you look, no one wanted to attend to me because of my appearance, they shouldn't give those jobs to incompetent people without education.
