  If there were an option for zero stars, I would give it to them. Last week, we bought a total of seven bags from this location. The store manager and a staff member helped my sister and me. My sister took all seven bags back to our home country to give to our relatives as gifts. We never thought that someone in Canada would lie straight to our faces and pretend to be innocent. At first, I thought it was just an honest mistake. One of the bags they gave us was a display model. Neither of these "gentlemen" mentioned this to us, which caused my sister huge embarrassment when she gave it to one of our relatives. Even though our relative kept the gift, it remains a scar for us. Yesterday, I went back to the store to ask if packing a display model was an accident. Both "gentlemen" admitted it was intentional and that they simply chose not to tell us. What a terrible way to fool anyone who tries a brand. I do not recommend this location to anyone, especially these two employees. Yesterday, I also visited a different location, and the staff there were very helpful and resolved the issue. (They asked me not to share their store location because it reflects poorly on the Eaton location, and they aren't looking to create internal competition). I have no issue with the brand itself, as I don't personally use their products. But as for this specific location: run away before it’s too late!

  THE WORST!!!!! Store was completely empty….. I did not get a greeting, the 3 sales people kept talking amongst themselves I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP only then someone came and helped me but, she seemed reluctant to serve me THANKS WOULD NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR ON YOUR BRAND

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the best shopping experience at Michael Kors thanks to Angelina. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable about the collections, materials, and current styles, and offered great suggestions that fit what we were looking for. Thank you!

  Sales girl is rude .I asked her just to show the bag and she kept on mentioning the price . Probably she thinks everybody makes minimum wage like her . I left the store and bought bag from Yorkdale. She had Russian/ukrainian accent

  I went to Michael Kors yesterday and I had the best experience. I regret not getting the sales associates name who helped me but he was incredible! He was so kind in helping me pick out the bag I wanted. He was also very patient as I tried on several bags as he adjusted them for me. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend checking out the store for any purchases.
