  The team member who assisted me was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide styles and pieces which they thought I may be interested in. They were happy to answer my questions, and gave me plenty of time to try on each clothing item. I would definitely shop here again.

  Excellent customer service. Everytime I have gone there, they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. The first time I came here, I had an excellent experience with Roberto. He took the time out and let me try things even when I had told him I was just looking around. Even when there was no guarantee of a sale, he was patient and brought out selections for me to try on that weren't even on the floor yet. This experience left me feeling great and even though I didn't end up buying anything, I definitely would come here and buy something if I was looking for Armani products. Being a luxury line, you'd think you wouldn't get good service. However, here at Giorgio Armani, this isn't the case. Only downfall, I wish they had a bit more choices to choose from. They have selected pieces on the floor. It would be nice to have more choices.

  Excellent customer service. My husband and I are loyal customers to this Giorgio Armani store located at Yorkdale mall. Roberto and his team have created an amazing warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step into the store. Thank you Roberto.
