  All FIVE stars go out to Shorena! She is THE reason you want to go to this location only for a Dior purchase. I've been to many luxury goods stores and by far her service stands out. She takes the time to show you all the different styles and is very humble and patient. I've been buying online lately because of my kids and this one time I just happen to go in without the intention to actually make a big purchase but Shorena was so nice that I ended up spending a ton. Iam happy I walked in store when she was working. LIFELONG CUSTOMER lol

  Among the Dior boutiques in Toronto, this is my favourite because of the customer service. Jake is the kindest and patient assistant and provides the best customer service ever! I highly recommend this place, great experience :)

  I was overcharged $395.50 and I am still waiting for a refund. Alexander Tserentzoulias said they sent it to me and that it should appear on my credit card statement, which it never did. They won't even call me back and ignore my e.mails. I attached my bank statements, but they don't care. Don't shop here. I've never seen such terrible customer service and lack of accountability.
