  Don't buy Bulgari is the message I got when a) trying to have a bracelet exchanged or shortened and b) having a necklace cleaned. The charge to change the length of anything you haven't purchased recently. They don't clean their tarnished jewelry. Like Tiffany does for example. Was just about to buy a Valentine piece for my wife, but I'll shop elsewhere from now on.
