  Bvlgari's design and customer service is exceptional. Hassan is really amazing and patient. Although I got sick and couldn't make it to my appointment, he was very understanding.

  I had a great experience with Hassan and can’t say enough good things about him. He is always welcoming whenever I go into the store, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. Hassan really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions that felt genuine and helpful and "me". What stood out most was how comfortable and enjoyable he makes every experience in store. His attention to detail and positive attitude truly elevate my visits. I’d absolutely look forward to working with Hassan again and would recommend him to anyone.

  Purchased my first Bulgari bag today from this location. I have been to every luxury brand store in Yorkdale mall and have purchased from many but I must say the service at Bulgari was TOP NOTCH and memorable. My sales associate CHIRIN was absoultely amazing! She was very kind, sweet and understanding. Half of the fun of purchasing luxury goods is the experience you get and I got a quality, friendly, above and beyond luxury experience today. My box was custom painted with flowers for me, my boyfriend and I received Laurderee Macrons while we enjoyed the art being painted. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and I appreciate the over all experience I had today! I will never forget my first bulgari bag that is for sure! Thank you Chirin! :)
