  Yesterday our car was parked right by the entrance of this hotel and still got stolen. I think this is an inside job because it happened the night before we checkout. I don’t think this is the first time happened based on the reactions of the staffs /management. NOT A SAFE HOTEL AT ALL! DON’T EVER THINK OF STAYING HERE BECAUSE THEY’RE NOT LIABLE OF ANYTHING! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  We spent one night at this hotel. We found rust and mold in the shower, as well as blood stains on the top sheet of one of the beds. We understand that things can occasionally be missed, but these issues were concerning from both a cleanliness and health and safety perspective. We spoke with the manager and although he did refund us $70, he downplayed the situation entirely. He said that it wasn’t very much mold and that the staff that cleaned our room prior to arrival was new. So I guess that justified a blood stained sheet? Zero accountability. This hotel didn’t meet the health, safety, and sanitation standards expected of a licensed accommodation. I wish I could attach photos to this review.

  Très déçu. Tout d’abord l’hôtel est injoignable au téléphone car nous avons essayé plusieurs fois(une douzaine en tout !) L’accueil n’est pas agréable du tout. En dehors des deux jeunes femmes qui prennent le temps de nous ecouter. Bien entendu le ménage des chambres n’est pas fait cependant nous sommes prévenus des notre arrivée Nous avons demandé à pouvoir imprimer un document mais ce ne fut pas possible (C’est la première fois que cela nous arrive) le petit déjeuner est plutôt correct croissant frais et café fraîchement moulu. Seulement 2 restaurants à proximité 1 Mac Donald et un Steack house (très très bon mais cher !)

  We traveled in family and we got a room far away the elevators and the manager promised to change the room another near the elevator due we were traveling with my mom and she is using wheelchair and it never happened. The breakfast was good the first day but in the second the eggs were kind of passed due the color as you can see in my image and the people in charge was very rude answering that the eggs were ok that was a ver bad service The room was big enough for 3 people but it was far from the elevators

  Die Möbel im Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad/WC ist sehr klein. Das Zimmer an sich ist nachts ruhig, obwohl eine Schnellstraße dort langführt. Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage war im Zimmer vorhanden. Allerdings war für so ein großes Hotel der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Einige Gäste haben im Stehen an einem Tisch gefrühstückt, andere haben auf einen freien Tisch warten müssen. Es gibt Hinweisschilder, dass man sich doch bitte nur 30 Minuten für das Frühstück dort aufhalten sollte. Das Frühstück an sich ist typisch amerikanisch/kanadisch und mit einem europäischen nicht vergleichbar. Fazit: Kann man mal für 1 oder 2 Nächte machen, das ist vollkommen okay.
