  As a Best Western Rewards Diamond Select member, I expected much better. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I woke up with significant back pain. I was assigned Room 129, right beside an exit door, and the constant noise from that door opening and closing, plus foot traffic, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I do not recommend Room 129 to anyone seeking a restful night. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences with the brand. I hope management addresses the mattress quality and stops assigning this noisy room to guests.

  Where to begin... We had a king suite with a pull out couch for my husband, 2 daughters, and I. We pulled out the couch and there were filthy, unfolded, clearly used sheets balled up in the center of the mattress. When we called the desk to ask that the couch bed be made with clean sheets, they instead brought up 2 old-style wire cots with a thin blanket on each one. My poor kids were so uncomfortable all night. The floor had not be vacuumed, there were large crumbs everywhere. Very noisy, we could hear everything through the thin walls. The shower head was old and sprayed all over the place. We do not recommend this place.

  Located near the airport, rooms are Definitely older, but pretty clean and well taken care of. Hot breakfast was pretty delicious and very clean. The attendant in the food room was very friendly and on top of clearing tables and providing fresh food to the units. Front desk was very friendly and check in and check out was painless. Would stay again

  There was 3 of us and we got to the hotel at around 3am and at first the guy at the reception was nice and helpful, I asked id they were a clean hotel and had clean rooms and he said yes, we got our room which was 127 and immediately had 3 MAJOR problems, we had stains all across our beds, our ac didnt work, and worst of all BOTH locks to the outside we’re unlocked, someone easily could’ve entered the room before we got there and it could’ve been dangerous I went back to the receptionist and asked for a different room and explained what happened, he first gave me a key to room 128, I got in there and immediately checked the beds for stains and the first thing I see was a bug crawling on the bed, it was disgusting so I went back to the reception and showed him the picture, he was shocked and gave me a key to room 120. I went into room 120 and inspected the bed, it was clean, then I moved onto the bathroom, and would you know it, it was another bug, but this time on the bathroom floor, disgusted and uncomfortable I went back to the receptionist guy again and showed him the photo and he said that’s all they had for rooms. I know it wasn’t his fault so I just asked for a refund and we’d be on our way and be gave me the full refund. I went back to room 127, where my girlfriend and her sister were since they stayed there with the stuff while I tried to find a new room (yes they locked the outside door). We started grabbing our things that we had placed around the floor before realizing how bad it was and as we were grabbing the last things before leaving, the receptionist and a manager (I believe) knocked at our door, we opened, and they told us we have to leave as soon as possible, my girlfriend explained that yes we were leaving and we were just grabbing the last of our stuff and then he started getting aggressive with us saying we have to leave right away and as soon as possible and started raising his tone of voice at it, mind you it had been about 2 minutes since he refunded me and I had to walk down the entire hallway to the room and start packing. The receptionist was very nice at the start, but after what he did there it was just very rude and sealed the deal for me on this hotel. Oh yea, and all those rooms with bugs, stains, broken ACs and unlocked doors, were $274 each taxes included, ridiculous. Do not stay here, it’s not worth your time, money or patience.
