  I've been to the store many times, and every time I go, I ask about David He's very polite, patient, never tired, always smiling, and treats everyone with kindness and courtesy. Everyone in the store are very welcoming and wonderful

  I always have a great experience shopping here, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. But shout out to Alfredo for going above and beyond and helping me solve an order issue, and helping me secured the last size L jacket at another store. I couldn't get through the other location on the phone, they don't answer, unlike the Scarborough Town Centre that always have customer service available. Alfredo was so extra friendly and patient, and could've easily said no, since it's not his location, but he still took the time to help me process the order. Now I'll have my beautiful jacket ready to pick up soon.😍🥰 Give this man a raise, y'all!!!
