  Have been a loyal customer of Micheal kors for years and spent a lot of money on bags, shoes, coats, wallets, sunglasses and watches even bracelets; however, recently I got a diagnosis of an serious illness and had gotten a purse from Micheal kors a week before finding out at this Scarborough town Center location and felt really sad and down so had to return the bag to get the money back and had the bag only for a week and never even worn it out. As I went to return the bag I don’t know know if it was the manager at the Micheal kors Scarborough town centre location but was an older white man with thick black glasses and he so rudely yelled and me and told me I couldn’t return the handbag because he felt I had worn it because I took the tag off when it was clearly brand new. Then I left and came back the next day to return it and the other worker so nicely accepted and was about to return it and give my money back and out walked the same guy who refused and yelled at me and made up a story and stamped my receipt as final sale and told me to never come back. I didn’t even wear the bag and had only purchased it a week ago and seemed like he was maybe racist or something personal but I didn’t do anything and was a loyal customer so I left crying and was my first time ever returning anything due to my illness as I needed the money. I am so hurt and disappointed and won’t ever be shopping there again after being a loyal customer for years and as a matter of fact have boycotted Micheal kors and won’t ever be dealing with you guys due to this painful experience.

  I've been to the store many times, and every time I go, I ask about David He's very polite, patient, never tired, always smiling, and treats everyone with kindness and courtesy. Everyone in the store are very welcoming and wonderful
