  Extremely disappointed with Michael Kors customer service. I purchased a handbag that developed a fraying handle after only a few months of light use. Instead of standing behind their product, I was forced to pay an additional $127 above & beyond what I had previously paid for a replacement bag of the same original-priced item, with my original discount not honored. The store advised there was nothing they could do and they directed me to head office. Since April 2026, I have made multiple complaints and follow-ups with Michael Kors and have received nothing but generic “escalated” email responses. Despite repeatedly requesting a callback, I have not received a single one. Months later, I am still without any meaningful update or resolution. Neither the store at Tanger Outlets nor Michael Kors head office appears willing to take responsibility or properly address a clear product quality issue. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I expected much better from Michael Kors.

  5 stars Went into Michael Kors without super high expectations, but ended up finding such a cute bag on sale total win. What really made the experience though was the service. The girl at the cash was so kind and genuinely went above and beyond. She noticed it was for my birthday and packed everything up with a little “Happy Birthday :)” note, which was honestly the sweetest touch. The whole vibe in the store was great too — it was clean, the staff were welcoming, and even the other customers (two lovely ladies also on the hunt for a fun purse) made it a fun little shopping moment. Definitely would go back. Thank you for making my birthday purchase feel extra special 💕
