  Super clean and spacious room with fresh linen and towels. Comfortable and cozy and great support from staff. I am knocking off a star because their WiFi connection was very poor and I wasn’t able to do the work and communication I had planned to do while staying here. Other than that, great place for rest and refuge during a road trip across Ontario and Quebec.

  I love this hotel. When you step out the back door you are right at the bike/ walking path. If you go one way you will end up where Lake Couchiching and Lake Simcoe join (there is an Osprey family there) and the other direction takes you to the beaches. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are large, very clean and nicely decorated with very comfy beds. The rooms on the back look out over the woods. We were on the 3rd floor which was very quiet. Breakfast both mornings, pancakes, omelettes, eggs benedict, rye toast, fruit and coffee, was delicious. The gentleman at the front desk, and the breakfast servers were all so friendly and did a wonderful job. This hotel is a great price especially during the week. We will be back:)

  A great option if you're seeing a show at CasinoRama! Donna and Ben offered great customer service and truly cared about the quality of our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. The shuttle to the casino for the concert was a great addition. Easy drive to the main street for restaurant options. Thanks for a great stay!

  Fantastic experience staying at this hotel. First of all, Donna at the front desk is such a breath of fresh air, we had a lovely chat while checking in and she helped us decide to take the shuttle to the Casino for our concert. What a great service that helped us just enjoy the evening and not have to worry about driving and parking! The room was fresh, had no smells and was well stocked, although the bathroom did look hastily re-painted (?). It was also very easy to ask to check out at 12 noon instead of 11am. We didn't stay for breakfast but the menu looked pretty good. 10/10 stay, love you Donna!

  The location is great with a nice park close by. Staff were nice. But our room smelled damp and so did the hallway we were in. Bathroom fan very loud and not very effective. And hot tub not working, no free breakfast. Apparently this has been the case for a year and the hotels website doesn’t advertise free breakfast but the Google listing should be updated. Disappointing overall. Room was clean but damp and didn’t smell nice etc.
