  Really loved the vibe of this store. The staff were all super nice and polite, which made the whole experience even better. Special mention to Jeri, she handled everything really well. She was so sweet, calm, and genuinely helpful without making it feel rushed. She actually took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me pick something I loved. You can tell she’s really good at her job. It didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction, just very natural and comfortable. Little things like that really make a difference. Would definitely come back ;)

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors outlet in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The staff were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful—especially Jeri. What made the experience even worse was the feeling that customers were being judged by their appearance, the way they were dressed, and even the color of their skin. The way Jeri behaved came across as biased and deeply upsetting. It felt like some people were treated with less respect the moment they walked in. No customer should ever feel looked down on, ignored, or treated differently in a store. Instead of being welcoming and professional, the environment felt uncomfortable and uninviting. This was not just poor customer service—it felt unfair and completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to look into how customers are being treated at this location.
