  Place is run by kids who dont have manners!! Im standing in line to order, person at the counter decides to go to a diffrent register completely ignore me and proceeds to take the person behind me for there order, I fugue its a online pick-up sure no issues, nope she continues to bypass me with other customers it not till I say something she's rude and says dont yell at me!! Im sorry if you can do your job and follow a simple line order then it shows that management isn't doing a good job in training!! This incident happend on Sunday oct 11 7:45 pm, Im gonna watch and see how long it take management to reach out!! Unprofessional establishment, as for food its nothing special!!

  Im sorry but this was a terrible experience tonight eating wingstop. First off, they had blood and raw smell. Next one of the wings was wearing a damn tutu. No flavor , i had to throw it in the oven on broil and still couldnt finish. I feel nauseous now

  I placed an order through pick up through the Wingstop website and when I got my wings, the smell coming from the chicken was so disgusting as if the chicken was expired or going bad ! I had to drive back to Wingstop and show them the wings and let them smell it and it was so bad they offered to make me more wings or give me something else, but I will never eat from this Wingstop again you guys are trying to kill people ! I spoke to both Raman and Lakshmy and they told me to send an email to the manager for a refund! This is the second time that this happened. I'm so sick and tired of you guys taking people's health and safety for granted you should be shut down permanently! I’ve been coming to Wingstop for years and this is the closest location to me! I haven’t ordered in a month or two and I decide to go today, Only come to realize that they changed their fries from fresh hand cut fries to frozen ones. They are completely different.! One of the reasons why I love Wingstop is because of their french fries😩😩😩 These ones literally taste like seasoned Burger King fries

  If I could give this location 0/5 I would. Extremely disappointed by the hygiene practices I witnessed at this location. I watched the cook who had just made my fries walk over to the trash, push down the overflowing garbage, and wheel the bin away — without washing his hands afterward. He then went right back to preparing food, including wings and fries for other orders. I flagged this to the cashier and asked her to have him wash his hands. She did pass along the message, but moments later I saw the two of them laughing and smirking about it near the register — clearly not taking the concern seriously. I asked for a refund. The "manager" on duty offered to remake my fries herself, but at that point I had lost all confidence in the kitchen's hygiene standards and declined. I told her plainly that this kind of conduct is unsanitary and unacceptable, and that laughing it off says a lot about how this location is being run. I won't be returning to this location and would encourage management to take food safety training seriously.

  Great food and even better customer service. Our family are regulars at Wingstop, and it has always been a favourite, especially with the kids. They absolutely love the wings, so when we recently had an experience that was not quite up to the standard we had come to expect, I reached out to share some feedback. What followed really impressed me. Aleck, the General Manager, personally responded, took the feedback seriously and made a genuine effort to understand what had happened. Rather than simply sending a standard response, she took ownership, followed through, spoke with me directly and coordinated everything with the restaurant team. We went back today, and the food was excellent — fresh, perfectly prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. It was exactly the Wingstop experience that has made us regular customers. What stood out most was Aleck’s leadership. She truly led from the front. It is easy to provide good service when everything goes perfectly, but the true quality of a business and its leadership really shows in how they respond when something does not. Aleck handled the situation exceptionally well and made sure we were looked after from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Aleck and the Heartland team. They took a situation that could have left a negative impression and turned it into an experience that made us appreciate Wingstop even more. That level of ownership, follow-through and genuine customer care deserves recognition. The family will definitely continue coming back — and most importantly, the kids are very happy! 😊
