  Stupid delivery policy to require a recipient’s signature. Just leave the parcel in parcels locker, as easy as that, I’m not going to sit at one place whole day and wait until the parcel is delivered.

  I went to Tiffany store in square one I was actually trying to decide on which one of Tiffany bracelets I want to purchase , I arrived at the store on Friday May 15 2026 , first of all I was greeted by this young Chinese lady who made me feel like what are you doing here : she answered every question I asked with arrogance . I felt like telling her off that lady you only work here and that is it but of course I kept my cool it really made my day awful . Can I suggest that you train these staff to treat customers with respect and dignity .

  The first ring I bought for my wife was at Tiffany’s in Sherway Gardens. Unfortunately, they closed that store, so I went to this store in Square One. I was assisted by a very beautiful and thoughtful saleswoman named Irina. She was very patient and professional. It took me a while to make a decision, and she did not pressure me but was always available when I had questions. I would never hesitate to deal with Tiffany’s again, and if I can recommend dealing with Irina at Tiffany’s in Square One, I highly endorse her professionalism and knowledge.

  Used to love this place. It’s at Square One inside Holt Renfrew, very convenient. This Monday I was passing by the store to check the size of some bracelets, the sales guy was pushing me for a purchase. When I said I didn’t plan to buy today he just said”ok bye”. Don’t like it at all. Will buy online from now on I guess since Farrah doesn’t work here anymore.

  Great selection, and sales staff are super friendly.
