  I had an excellent experience at the Michael Kors store in Square One Shopping Centre thanks to Adrianna. She was beautiful, friendly, efficient, and truly exceptional at her job. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy with my purchase and the outstanding customer service she provided. Adrianna’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress free. I will definitely be returning to this location, and a big reason for that is the wonderful experience I had with her. Thank you, Adrianna, for providing such excellent customer service!

  Had the worst experience ever. One of the female staff were so rude and even refused to tell her name when i asked. Wanted to return an item that was a gift but she made the entire process and experience awful.

  I had a great service today at the square one branch! Staff this evening was extremely helpful in finding me Mothers Day gift. The staff also made very nice flowers arrangements for free. Better quality than TPO. Will be back soon!
