Very disappointed with my experience today. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:15 PM, but I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes. What made it even more frustrating was that my food appeared to be sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes while I stood there waiting, and no one acknowledged me or let me know that my order was ready. If the order was delayed, some communication would have been appreciated. The lack of attention and customer service made for a poor experience not sure I’ll be returning. Edit: just got home with the food. Extremely disappointed in the size of these wings especially when I paid over 70$ . Absolutely no cutlery was provided in the bag or a straw for my drink.
Serena was amazing to work with. She helped me a lot throughout the process and was always friendly, professional, and patient. She made everything much easier and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate all of her help. Five stars — I highly recommend Serena!

Sergeoh provided me with the best service I have ever received in a “fast food” restaurant. His patience and expertise of the menu items really helped me choose the perfect meal. Not to mention, he went above and beyond and delivered the food, brought me the utensils I needed to my table (as-well as my lost water bottle). Way to go Sergeoh!
i love wingstop and i love that they opened a new restaurant close to masonville and western. very convenient spot for students especially late night cravings since they’re open late!!
general manager here, sergeoh, always has top tier service. before i knew his name, the other times i visited prior, he always had amazing customer service, making small talk with every customer
tried the new hot honey try rub today, it had a sweet kick to it which i loved
mango habanero personally still is my go to favourite. other great flavours i love are lemon pepper and hickory smoked bbq
voodoo fries are so crisp and creamy with all the sauce, cajun corn is a banger!!
they always playing hype music as well, highly recommend paying a visit here, you won’t be disappointed

Tried for the first time the other night, and can confidently say its not worth it. Instantly after walking in, you’re met with unnecessarily loud music, harsh lighting, and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Music was so loud while I was ordering, I felt like I was yelling.
My friends and I waited over thirty minutes for our combined orders when there weren’t many people in front of us when we arrived, and several people who ordered after us came and left by the time we got the food.
We were unanimously disappointed in the quality of food. My friends had more simple complaints, along the lines of “this isn't worth the $20 we paid”, but I on the other hand got a completely separate order then what I asked for, and along with that, there was hair in the food. I went back in and got a refund, the manager was incredible and offered to remake the food for me. I was very grateful, and took the offer. I would have just left it at that, however once I got home with the new order, I found MORE hair in my order.
Manager and customer service was great, but the quality of food and health awareness (lack of) is just something I couldn't get past.
